Limited life time Warranty
A1 Auto Glass, LLC warrants the installation of your new automotive glass to be free from defects in materials and workmanship upon delivery. Any problems caused by installation error will be at the option of A1 Auto Glass, LLC to be repaired or replaced. The Limited Warranty is valid for as long as you own your vehicle against water leaks and one(1) year for manufacturers defects. Proof must be provided of services rendered by A1 Auto Glass, LLC. This Lifetime Installation Warranty does not cover leaks or stress cracks caused by pre-existing rust, structural damage, damage caused by vandalism, theft, impact damage and natural disasters.
When a chip repair service is performed by A1 Auto Glass, LLC, the customer agrees that the chip/break already constitutes damage to the windshield, and therefore A1 Auto Glass, LLC shall not be held responsible for the damaged area spreading into a crack that sometimes occurs during the attempt of chip repairs. In addition, A1 Auto Glass, LLC reserves the right to determine if the damage may be successfully repaired. A1 Auto Glass guarantees for the repair(s) not to spread for as long as you own the vehicle or we will credit you the amount paid on the repair(s) toward a new windshield replacement
Repair or replacement of your windshield as provided under this Lifetime Installation Warranty is your exclusive remedy. This exclusive remedy will not be deemed to have failed of its essential purpose so long as A1 Auto Glass, LLC is willing and able to repair or replace the automotive glass that was installed. This Warranty is in Lieu of all other warranties express or implied, statutory or otherwise, including without limitation, warranties of merchantability and fitness for particular use. Any repair or attempt to repair the automotive glass installed, by anyone other than A1 Auto Glass, LLC voids this Warranty. A1 Auto Glass, LLC makes no other warranties, either written or oral, than the provisions contained here-in this Limited Warranty, and any such warranties shall be of no force or effect.
